Instructor Profile
Languages Spoken: English, French
Countries Lived In: Belgium, United States
I moved from Belgium to the US in 2001.
With a background in psychology, the concept of well-being has always been central to my professional and personal development—starting as a stay-at-home mother of four children and now managing my own business as a French instructor.
Through this workshop, I am now ready to share with you this life experience, the resources that were helpful to me, and the reflections that guided me, so that you too can, like me, reveal and make the best use of yourself in a new environment.
