Drawing from my own journey, we’ll explore how to assess skills and interests, set realistic career goals, identify potential skill gaps, and develop actionable strategies for professional success. Participants will also learn how to navigate unique challenges, leverage available resources  to support their career planning and professional development in the U.S and build networks to enhance their career opportunities.
