Motivated to share with professionals the experience of achieving great opportunities in The U.S.A.
I was born in Colombia; I moved to the U.S. with my husband and two children. We are a Christian family, and our priority is to keep a united family and to have quality of life. I am an industrial engineer from a university in Cali Colombia. Finding a Job in the U.S. was a big challenge to get a balance between work and time to attend a family with young children. My husband and I worked as cleaners in the empty apartment, then when we got legal documents for work, I started in a daycare where the owner told me about the credential evaluation with WES. I did the process, and I got a position at a school district in Connecticut as a teacher assistant. Also, I could work as a substitute teacher, and I can get a certificate to become a teacher soon. The best of this is I have a great work schedule, job benefits, time for my family and to achieve other goals.
